The website is being updated using Dreamweaver, because Dreamweaver is far superior to Frontpage. Screw frontpage, it's a piece of crap. Dreamweaver is the product of much chocolate and CAT5e cable.
(Update 2301:) I have figured out how to set up live updating (synchronization) with Dreamweaver, so as soon as I finish writing this file's changes, they will have already been updated by the time I check, with no need to re-upload the files each time.
